Job Description
Seeking experienced f/t RN Case Manager to perform telephonic medical case management in outreach program. The position requires an active Florida RN license and Certification in Case Management. Managed Care & Medicare experience a plus. Strong written and communication skills a must. Impressive benefits with base salary ranging from $60-$65K (based on experience).
