401K
The Company contributes an annual discretionary match to each Associate’s account who participates in the plan. This match is based upon the Company’s financial performance at the end of each fiscal year. An Associate may contribute the maximum benefit amount allowed by the Internal Revenue Service annually.

Drug-Free Workplace
Employment with the Company is also contingent upon successfully passing a drug screen. The Company’s Standard of Conduct requires that Associates of the company shall not use illegal drugs, abuse alcohol and/or prescription medications. If a job applicant refuses to submit to the required drug test, tampers with or adulterates a drug test specimen, or has a confirmed positive drug test result, he/she forfeits his/her eligibility for employment.
