401K Matching

MetCare contributes an annual discretionary match to each Associate’s account who participates in the 401K plan. The amount is based on the company’s financial performance at the end of each fiscal year. Associates may themselves contribute the maximum 401K amount allowed by the IRS annually.

Drug-Free Workplace & Background Screening

Employment with MetCare is contingent on successfully passing a drug screen. The company’s Standard of Conduct requires that Associates shall not use illegal drugs or abuse alcohol and/or prescription medications. If an applicant refuses to submit to the required drug test, tampers with or adulterates a drug test specimen, or has a confirmed positive drug test result, he/she forfeits their eligibility for employment.

Employment by MetCare is also contingent on successfully passing a background screening process. If you are seeking a position that requires you to drive on behalf of the Company, your driving record will also be screened.
